Coinmate is a Czech crypto-asset trading platform operated by COINMATE a.s., registration number 14071711. Its company history dates its beginnings to 2014. The terms distinguish the trading platform, Exchange, Custody and Transfers; a simple interface’s name alone does not determine which service applies.
The terms name COINMATE a.s. and define custody, transfers, a trading platform and exchange for money or other crypto-assets. Quick Buy and recurring purchases can serve different arrangements; Exchange-service assets are marked in the interface. For each asset, therefore check tradability and external transfer availability separately. [Coinmate — Terms and operator] [Coinmate — Company history]
In advanced trading, Limit sets a maximum buying or minimum selling price but does not guarantee execution. Market consumes available counteroffers, and the resulting price can differ significantly from the displayed reference. A partially executed order can only be cancelled for its unfilled portion; acknowledgement of an order is not confirmation of the entire trade. [Coinmate — Trading platform rules]
The fee schedule states that Quick Buy has no separate transaction fee, but its cost is included in the spread. Advanced trading distinguishes maker and taker according to adding or removing liquidity and 30-day volume. Compare the total amount paid with net BTC received after applicable fees, including any withdrawal. [Coinmate — Fees]
Recurring Buy follows receipt of a correctly identified Czech-koruna payment from the customer’s account; the rules specify execution within 24 hours under the stated conditions. A bank standing order does not fix a future bitcoin rate. Trading rules describe settlement in internal off-chain records; it is not itself a blockchain withdrawal. Custody rules describe Fireblocks MPC requiring two of three shares for signing, alongside hot, warm and cold wallets. In this document, self-custody wallet means keys managed by Coinmate, not the customer. Separate customer records can coexist with pooled on-chain assets; an account balance does not confer personal signing authority. [Coinmate — Custody rules]
For marked Exchange-service assets, the rules name Payward Europe Solutions Limited and restrict automatic transfers. Manual withdrawals require verification of the customer’s own wallet and an administrative fee. The document states an average of 7 days and a 30-day limit with exceptions for non-attributable technical issues; this is not a general timetable for every bitcoin withdrawal. [Coinmate — Custody rules]
Transfer rules require a supported asset, the correct network and originator and beneficiary details. Internal checks, limits or insufficient information may delay or stop a transfer. A displayed deposit address identifies the customer for crediting; it does not give them a private key. Verify a transfer into personal custody by actual receipt in your own wallet. Public API examples distinguish market data, orders, history and withdrawals; successfully creating an order ID is not the same as filling an order. Coinmate Prime offers individual large trades with a minimum of CZK 5 million or EUR 200,000. Neither programmatic access nor personal service removes pricing, identification and settlement conditions. [Coinmate — Prime] [Coinmate — Official API examples]
