BTC Prague

BTC Prague names a particular annual event and brand. Its legal organiser is Twenty one million s.r.o.; the event sets no Bitcoin consensus rules, does not represent every Bitcoin user and is not identical to Prague's wider Bitcoin ecosystem. Work on BTC Prague began during the 2022 bear market and the first edition ran on 8–10 June 2023. Martin Kuchař is identified as co-founder and CEO and Matyáš Kuchař as co-founder; their earlier work on Ostrava's ChainCamp was an organisational precursor, not a renaming of the same conference. After 2023 came editions on 13–15 June 2024, 19–21 June 2025 and 11–13 June 2026. The fourth edition is therefore past; the site now sells tickets for 6–8 May 2027, but a future date, programme and speaker list remain subject to change. The principal venue is PVA EXPO Praha in Letňany. The format combines several stages, an exhibition hall, networking, art, food and closing events; ticket tiers unlock different days and zones, so a three-day label does not mean an identical programme for every visitor. The organiser explicitly describes the event as Bitcoin-only rather than a general crypto or altcoin conference. From 2026, however, three-day and VIP tickets include a Bitcoin Living Masterclass on health, AI, psychology, parenting and financial sovereignty: a broader attached programme, not a reversal of the main Bitcoin focus. The current FAQ says the principal stages and expo operate in English while an outdoor stage serves a Czech audience. International therefore does not mean every session is translated into every language; accessibility, captions and app-based translation must be checked for the relevant edition. BTC Prague sells several ticket tiers, discounts payment in bitcoin and funds part of its format through exhibitors, partners, sponsors and VIP services. It is a paid commercial event; prices, package scope and company counts are mutable and belong to the terms of a specific edition. Past speakers include Michael Saylor, Jack Dorsey, Jack Mallers, Adam Back and many Czech developers and entrepreneurs. A speaking invitation, expo booth or partnership is not approval by Bitcoin, a technical audit of a product or agreement by the organiser or this Atlas with every claim. The 8,500+ attendees, 100+ partners and 250+ speakers stated for 2026 come from organiser and supplier materials. Biggest or most influential in Europe is also a marketing superlative without one public methodology; precise reporting identifies the year, source and measured category. Meetups, workshops, parties, dev/hack/day and, since 2025, Bitcoin Corporate Day surround the main programme. Some are produced by BTC Prague and others by partners or the community; inclusion in a shared calendar does not prove the same organiser, ticket, rules or responsibility.
