ESMA’s register lists MP Developers s.r.o. with an authorization notification dated 11 February 2026 and services covering custody, a trading platform, exchange for funds, exchange between crypto-assets, order execution and transfers. Distinguish the notification date from the date of a particular contract. The CNB expressly explains that provider authorization is neither an investment recommendation nor an assessment of an investment’s safety. The Anycoin app description offers both keeping crypto-assets in an account and sending bitcoin to your own wallet. These are different ways of holding assets. Account login, including BankID, does not itself provide private keys to the stored bitcoin. Verify a move into personal custody by actual receipt in a wallet whose signing keys you control. The official app describes automatic purchases through bank standing orders. Regular payments set the purchase rhythm, not a future exchange rate or profit. Before confirmation, compare the amount paid with net BTC after costs and check whether the purchase remains in the account or is followed by a separate withdrawal. Anycoin’s app lists Lightning Network sending and receiving, LNURL and LN ALIAS. Supporting that network does not itself imply personal key custody. For a BOLT 11 invoice, check amount, network and expiry; a created or displayed invoice is not proof of payment. The protocol distinguishes a payment request from proof of payment through a preimage. A published supplement effective from 1 February 2023 describes buying before a bank payment arrives, based on a submitted payment confirmation. The provider could refuse the arrangement and block withdrawals until payment; nonpayment created further contractual claims. Partners Banka describes its own role as receiving and transmitting orders, while MP Developers s.r.o. handles trading and custody. It publishes separate contractual documents for this channel from 5 August 2026. The bank interface is therefore not the same as an Anycoin account, and its limits and fees cannot be transferred between services without verification. The custody summary for Partners Banka’s interface describes omnibus wallets controlled by the provider’s keys, with customers separated in internal records. It restricts direct withdrawal to contract termination and other contractual cases, specifying 20 business days with possible overruns in defined circumstances. Google Play lists possible collection of personal and financial information and encryption in transit for the Anycoin app. These are developer declarations that can change, not an independent anonymity audit. BankID, account history and payment information require separate consideration; being able to use Lightning does not mean the provider does not know the customer. [Anycoin — Official Android app]
