Simplecoin

Czech exchange and Wallet service

Simplecoin combines exchange against a bank payment with its Wallet service; each has a distinct order and settlement process.

Simplecoin is the brand of Simple Coin s.r.o. for crypto-asset exchange, custody and transfers. A direct purchase to an external address differs from maintaining a balance with the provider: a completed Wallet exchange alone does not establish withdrawal of bitcoin to your own wallet.

Simple Coin s.r.o., company number 01516558, is the Czech service operator. The ESMA register records a MiCA authorization notification on 23 June 2026 for custody, exchange for funds, exchange between crypto-assets and transfers. Authorization does not guarantee returns or faultless execution of every order. [ESMA — MiCA register] [ESMA — Authorized crypto-asset service providers]

Terms effective from 23 June 2026 require registration and verification. Volume over 30 days includes purchases, sales and Wallet deposits, but excludes its internal exchanges. The second level applies from 10,000 EUR; risk may prompt enhanced checks earlier. Older registration-free limits are not evidence of current rules. [Simplecoin — General terms (23 June 2026)]

For Exchange, the contract forms through email acceptance of the order after payment is credited. The submitted order's rate depends on timely receipt; late payment may require a new rate or refund. Cancellation before credit is different from reversing a completed trade: actual bank or network costs may remain. [Simplecoin — General terms (23 June 2026)]

Wallet displays the rate and fee before confirmation; the quote updates every 30 seconds. With sufficient balance, confirmation creates the contract and internal settlement with a record and email. This accounting movement does not confirm receipt in your own bitcoin wallet; withdrawal is a separate operation. [Simplecoin — General terms (23 June 2026)]

After activation and the first purchase, another payment of the same amount is treated as a repeat order. It uses the rate when funds are credited and the same cryptocurrency address as the first purchase. A standing order therefore neither locks bitcoin's price nor automatically supplies a fresh address for every purchase. [Simplecoin — General terms (23 June 2026)]

Wallet holds crypto-assets in custody; account login is not evidence of independent control of signing keys. Withdrawal to an external address undergoes risk checks and may require manual approval. Provider screening does not guarantee that you entered your intended recipient; check the address, network and displayed fee before confirming. [Simplecoin — General terms (23 June 2026)] [Simplecoin — Risk appendix]

The risk appendix describes counterparty failure and lack of liquidity alongside volatility; these may cause delays or losses. Crypto-assets should not be treated as insured bank deposits. Using 2FA does not eliminate phishing if the attacker also obtains authentication details; historical returns do not guarantee future results. [Simplecoin — Risk appendix]

A complaint can be submitted free of charge to info@simplecoin.eu with a description of the case and requested remedy. The appendix states resolution within 30 days while allowing a reasoned notice of a longer period. Keep the order, payment and any transaction identifier; filing a complaint does not itself reverse a blockchain transfer. The appendix specifies retention of documentation for at least 5 years.
