Invity is a brand in the Czech SatoshiLabs ecosystem whose history, according to its website, begins in 2019. Current app terms name Invity Finance s.r.o., registration number 22369775; the 2022 Trezor Suite Services by Invity document names Invity.io s.r.o., number 08388032. Documents for different services and periods are not interchangeable.
Invity’s history describes its beginnings as a comparison tool in Trezor Suite and its later mobile app. The older Suite terms define access to other providers’ services; current app terms also include direct purchases and custody. The Trezor Suite Services by Invity terms dated March 1, 2022 distinguish the interface from the exchange provider. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the trading relationship is with the selected provider. The app’s custody rules name BitGo Europe GmbH and describe shared wallets with individual internal user records. Segregating customer assets from Invity’s property is not the same as holding your own private keys. According to the website, Auto Send transfers to a selected address after a configured amount is reached. However, custody rules list reasons for suspending withdrawals, such as service unavailability or scrutiny of a suspicious instruction. Turbo Buy and Turbo Buy Plus reserves are restricted until settlement; the general promise of withdrawing at any time cannot be extended to them. App terms require customer identification and allow further verification and changes to limits. For card payments, the final price including fees is displayed before authorization; bank transfers are matched using a transaction identifier. The terms distinguish recurring Auto Buy purchases from the Auto Buy Plus amount calculation. The calculation document uses deviation from a 120-week average and configured bounds; older modes remain for existing users as of June 30, 2026. Turbo Buy and Turbo Buy Plus have a special reserve, fees and settlement. The rules permit selling the necessary portion of the reserve for unpaid fees, closure or a liquidation event. Invity Finance terms updated on July 1, 2026 state that it is licensed and supervised by the Czech National Bank, while expressly excluding a guarantee fund for the services.
