Peg-in federation control में BTC lock करता है और 102 Bitcoin confirmations बाद बराबर LBTC claim देता है; peg-out LBTC burn करता है और watchmen federation rules से BTC छोड़ते हैं।
Liquid का अपना genesis, block, UTXO set, mempool और rules हैं। Peg-in वही Bitcoin UTXO दूसरी chain पर नहीं ले जाता; वह Liquid consensus में LBTC बनाता है और redemption peg पर निर्भर है।
Strong Federation proof of work को functionaries से बदलती है। Blocksigners block propose और threshold-sign करते हैं, watchmen Bitcoin peg keys और exits संभालते हैं; consensus और reserve custody अलग layers हैं।
Blocksigners लगभग हर minute rotate होते और कम से कम दो-तिहाई signatures लेते हैं। Hardware deep conflict sign नहीं करता, इसलिए दो confirmations final मानी जाती हैं; पर्याप्त offline signers liveness रोक सकते हैं।
Validating Liquid node वाला कोई भी peg-in address बना, BTC भेज और 102 confirmations बाद transaction तथा Merkle proof दे सकता है। Node Bitcoin Core से verify करता है; validation बंद करने पर trust बढ़ता है।
Peg-out सबके लिए समान रूप से खुला नहीं। Federation member इसे शुरू करता, LBTC burn होता और watchmen authorized address को BTC sign करते हैं। सामान्य user member, exchange या swap और उनकी liquidity पर निर्भर है।
Node issued LBTC को peg BTC से मिलाकर inflation पकड़ता है। 1:1 backing अपनी Bitcoin key control नहीं है; watchmen threshold, HSM, member rotation, exit availability और emergency process अहम हैं।
Confidential Transactions amount और asset type blind करते हुए balance prove करती है। Blinding key auditor को data दिखा सकती है, पर transaction graph और timing दिखते हैं; amount privacy anonymity नहीं देती।
Elements deterministic asset ID और optional reissuance token वाला native asset जारी करने देता है। Registry name, ticker और domain जोड़ती है, पर issuer solvency, legal claim या reserve quality prove नहीं करती।
Elements Bitcoin Core code का open-source fork है जिसमें multi-assets, confidential outputs और federated blocks हैं। elementsd chain व peg-ins validate करता, PSET sign होता और fee LBTC में लगता है।
